The Mechanical discipline DataGroup System component catalog contains many common properties. They appear in the Phasing, End Spec, Clear Opening, the Parameters and Insulation/Lining Symbology schemas. Each common property can be dynamically edited during placement or modification. The Phasing property determines the Design and Construction phase.

Besides these common properties, the component catalog also contains object properties named IFC Override and Object Classification properties. These properties can be monitored here and manipulated for exporting to IFC via in Data Group Catalog. For RFA components that are available from RFA translation are provided with additional Display Mode schema.
